Jam welcomes back queer Chinese filmmaker and activist Fan Popo to Bangkok to present his documentary about Chinese drag queens ‘Be a Woman’ (2011).
Over the course of 3 years, Fan Popo visited a bar called “Only-Love” in Nanning, getting to know the dancers and drag queens there and discovering who they really were behind their exuberant costumes and personas.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with Fan Popo.
